Brett Bhesania has been involved in commercial real estate lending for eight years. His experience includes direct bank financing as well as secondary market and conduit financing. His extensive background encompasses loan structuring and underwriting for a variety of commercial property types as well as financing for commercial lines of credit, business acquisitions, SBA loans and equipment financing. His primary responsibilities with IMH Financial Corporation include being the central point of contact on commercial loan requests, as well as reviewing, evaluating and underwriting commercial loans to ensure timely and accurate loan closings. Brett received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and he received his Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
