As Fund Operations Administrator Ms. Garcia oversees the day-to-day management of the IMH Secured Loan Fund, LLC, the tracking and servicing for all investors of the Fund and assisting with all monthly processes pertaining to investors, custodians and Broker-Dealer representatives in relation to the Fund accounts. Prior to joining IMH, Denise held a similar position for 8 years at another private lending firm in Phoenix. She also held various analyst, supervisory and management positions during her 15 years at U-Haul International. Ms. Garcia has previously held the Series 22 (Direct Participation Programs) NASD license.
