As Vice President & Group Controller for IMH, Mr. Rick is responsible for all accounting, management and compliance reporting, planning, and budgeting functions. These include the daily activities of the accounting function, directing the month end closing process, the timely and accurate accumulation or monthly and quarterly financial reports and the analysis of all financial data for management. Mr. Rick is a senior finance executive and CPA with a history of accomplishments in rapidly growing international medical manufacturing companies. His prior experience includes 16 years as Vice President of Finance for two different publicly held medical device manufacturing companies with annual revenues in excess of $1 and $3 billion, which included living and working overseas for a period of time; 3 years as Corporate Controller for a privately held distributor of vitamin supplements and health information; and 13 years as a CPA with a Big 4 Public Accounting firm. Mr. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Economics from Luther College.
