As Accounts Payable Processor Gail Matti is responsible to review, record, and verify invoices and employee expense reports following established company procedures, policies and appropriate approvals. Ms. Matti codes vendor invoices and corporate company expenses in accordance with established chart of accounts guidelines. Gail assists the Senior Accountant and the Accounting and Financial Systems Manager in their daily operations processing check request’s, distribution of checks, and assists with some daily reports. She maintains an accurate record of Vendor relations. Ms. Matti has over 10 years experience owning and operating 2 local Commercial and Residential Framing and Drywall Co’s; managing and maintaining financial records, and following Az. Registrar of Contractor’s License guidelines. Gail is very involved in the youth community as a Chapter Advisor for a boy’s fraternal youth organization, 10 years as a Business Manager to a youth football team, and 5 years as a Cub Scout Leader.
