Jim Abood is an attorney who assists the company’s Senior Vice President of Loan Management and General Counsel in preparing loan documents, transactions files, legal notices, UCC filings, and title review. He also manages pre-closing document flow and indexing for loan transactions. Mr. Abood is also licensed in Michigan. He has also been an adjunct law school professor and legal writing instructor. Mr. Abood has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University, and received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Cooley Law School.
