Ms. Boutwell works with the broker dealer network through which IMH obtains investors. Before joining IMH in 2005, she was employed for two years with Bank of America as one of their top performing personal bankers. Ms. Boutwell actively sits on the Young Professional Advisory Council for GET Phoenix (Growing Emerging Talent Phoenix) providing leadership, professional expertise and direction in the development and execution of the organization. She is also a member of both the Urban Land Institute and the Young Leaders Group. Ms. Boutwell is a Registered Representative with FINRA, and currently holds Series 63 and Series 22 licenses.
