Joe Joseph oversees various internal and external compliance matters, risk management, and other operational aspects of the company. He is a member of the loan committee for the IMH Secured Loan Fund ("the Fund"). Mr. Joseph's career includes senior management positions in both entrepreneurial private companies and publicly traded companies. He is experienced in real estate finance, development, and regulatory compliance matters. Mr. Joseph's most recent position was Chief Financial Officer of a publicly held real estate bridge lender. Mr. Joseph has also served as Senior Vice President-Finance for a Phoenix-based private homebuilding company and Manager of Finance for a publicly held national homebuilder. In addition, Mr. Joseph has been a consultant to commercial real estate lenders, health care companies, hotel management companies and various attorneys. He is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals. Mr. Joseph graduated magna cum laude from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business.
