Mr. Forman works with the broker dealer network through which the IMH obtains investors. Mr. Forman joined IMH in 2004 and was named Vice President of Brokerage Relations in 2007. His prior experience in the industry includes private mortgage lending and commercial real estate brokerage with CB Richard Ellis. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Young Leaders Group. Mr. Forman is a Registered Representative with FINRA, and currently holds Series 63 and Series 22 licenses. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Science from the University of Arizona.
