Mr. Brady is a Senior Loan Analyst in the Asset Management department. He is responsible for managing numerous assets, REOs, and other receivables. His duties include cash flow projection, market research, financial analysis of borrowers and guarantors, loan workouts, and the negotiation of asset sales. He is responsible for making recommendations that will retain or increase the value of IMH assets. He received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, and is currently enrolled in the W.P. Carey School of Business evening MBA Program at Arizona State University.
