Ms. Nelson is responsible for all quarterly and annual financial reporting and compliance with SEC and other reporting standards. She is also responsible for monitoring financial and regulatory policies and procedures for IMH as well as all special projects for the finance organization. Ms. Nelson has been a Certified Public Accountant for 20 years. Her prior experience includes over 7 years with an international consulting firm, where she specialized in SEC reporting, financial analysis, process re-engineering and financial policies and procedures for a variety of clients in several industries. Additionally, Ms. Nelson has served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Associate Vice-President for two national insurance organizations, as a budget manager for a national telecommunications company and as a senior financial analyst for an international medical product manufacturer and distributor. Ms. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting from Loyola University in Chicago.
